Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Joe Donnelly was ranked the fifth most independent Democrat in the House of Representatives for 2008 based on National Journal’s vote ratings.
“I was pleased to hear that I was ranked the fifth most independent Democrat in the House of Representatives for 2008,” Donnelly said. “This ranking reflects the fact that I always strive to put the interests of Hoosiers before those of my party. Often times those interests overlap, but on those occasions when they do not, I put the people of north central Indiana first.”
