Kokomo, IN – Today, Congressman Joe Donnelly hosted the first of two job fairs he has planned for the month of August.  Over 450 people attended the event, which featured businesses and educational facilities from Howard, Cass, Carroll, and other area counties.

“I was pleased to host the job fair today in Kokomo because I’m committed to ensuring that every opportunity is presented to connect employers with the talented Hoosier workforce,” said Donnelly.  “By bringing together businesses, educational facilities, and folks looking for their next job, we can keep the Hoosier economy moving forward.”

Congressman Donnelly will be hosting another job fair on Tuesday, August 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EDT at Indiana University South Bend’s Student Activities Center.  Donnelly’s job fairs are free and open to the public.  Businesses interested in participating in the South Bend job fair can visit his website to register.
