Washington, D.C. – Last week, Congressman Joe Donnelly gave a speech on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to commend veterans for their service in honor of Veterans’ Day.  In the speech, he talked about a few veterans from north central Indiana he has worked with who served in World War II and the Vietnam War.  A video clip of the speech is available here.
